The Calorie Counter

The Calorie Counter allows you to keep a running list of what you ate during the day. The Counter tabulates the total calories and nutrients eaten based on the number of servings you choose. To add a food to your list click on the "Add a food to your list" link. In order to use the Calorie Counter you must have cookies enabled. There are over 6000 foods in the Calorie Counter database. The database was populated from the USDA Nutrient Database.
